Unemployment Insurance (UI) Tax Division

The Unemployment Insurance Tax Division provides the funds that pay unemployment benefits. To do this, we identify employers liable for unemployment insurance coverage, help them comply with State unemployment insurance laws and regulations, and collect their tax payments.
