Employer Tax Accounting Unit

The Employer Tax Accounting Unit is responsible for depositing Unemployment Insurance contributions and special assessments into the appropriate accounts, and the processing and recording of all deposits and tax information to the individual employer accounts. The unit processes all employer refunds and reviews credits, assumes responsibility for billing non-profit organizations, municipalities, and government agencies participating in the reimbursement method of payment.

They respond to inquiries related to:

  • Transfer of returns and payments
  • Setup FSET vendor
  • Employer and Third-party Agent (TPA) Questions
  • ACH Debit and ACH Credit payments
  • 940 re-certifications for the I.R.S.
  • Employer Refunds
