The Office of Diversity and Equity Programs’ (ODEP) is committed to adhering to the Connecticut statutes to assist the Connecticut Department of Labor (CTDOL) in its compliance with federal, state, and other applicable civil rights laws, regulations, and guidelines. Offering a civil rights compliance perspective, the ODEP’s staff collaborates with the CTDOL’s executive leadership team in drafting, reviewing, and implementing its internal policies, procedures, and practices.
