- Customized recruitment events specific to your job openings and promotion of events through our network. Recruitment events can be held in the American Job Center offices or other locations
- Access and assistance with CTHires - The CT State Job Bank for job postings and resume screening
- Referrals to resources and programs to support your business needs
- Layoff aversion and downsizing support through Shared Work and Rapid Response programs
