Building Stronger Workplaces: The Role of Adult Education in Workforce Success

Presented by Sabrina Mancini and Susan Kocaba, both Adult Education Consultants at the Connecticut State Department of Education, the session will guide employers, HR professionals, and community stakeholders in understanding how to effectively partner with adult education agencies to enhance employee skills, improve communication, and increase productivity.

This workshop is designed for businesses looking to address workplace skill gaps and build a more capable, confident workforce through education and training partnerships.
