You can find your EAN by:
- Locating a piece of mail sent from CTDOL
- Reviewing a previously filed unemployment return
- Contacting your payroll service (if applicable)
- Reviewing your Unemployment poster which is required to be posted in a common workplace area
If you are still unable to locate your EAN send an email requesting your EAN to the Employer Status Unit (ESU) at dol.status@ct.gov. Your request must include to following:
- Name, Address and Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) of the Company
- Name of the owner(s) of the Company
- Name, Title, Business phone number, Business email address of the individual requesting the EAN
Any request that does not meet the above specifications will not be addressed.
