You can find your EAN by:
- Locating a piece of mail sent from CTDOL
- Reviewing a previously filed unemployment return
- Contacting your payroll service (if applicable)
- Reviewing your Unemployment poster which is required to be posted in a common workplace area
If you are still unable to locate your EAN, please contact Employer Status Unit at 860-263-6550 or email dol.status@ct.gov.
You provide the following:
- Name, Address and Federal Employer Identification Number (FEIN) of the Company
- Name of the owner(s) of the Company and last four of SSN#
- Requestor’s name, title, and relationship with the employer
Any request that does not meet the above specifications will not be addressed.
