The two methods of payment that are acceptable by the Department of Labor are the ACH Credit Payment option and electronic funds transfer (ACH Debit).

ACH (Automated Clearinghouse) Credit Payment Option
The ACH (Automated Clearinghouse) Credit Payment Option, in which employers pay Connecticut Unemployment Insurance Tax or Reimbursable payments, is available to any liable employer. It requires you to send your bank a NACHA CCD+ TXP formatted file. If you have any questions regarding this or other electronic payment methods, please contact the Employer Tax Accounting Unit at (860) 263-6470.

ACH Debit
All employers can pay balances via ACH Debit on ReEmployCT. You will need your UserID and password to enter this site. As stated above, this is an ACH Debit transaction. No credit payment can be made.
