To add another email or user to your ReEmployCT account,
- Enter your User ID and Password.
- (a) Select the I’m not a robot checkbox. You will then be verified.
- (b) Once verified, click the Log In button.

- Click on the My User Profile button. You will then be directed to the Employer Users screen.

- On the Employer Users screen, click on the Add User link. You will then be directed to the Add Employer User screen.

- On the Add Employer User screen, enter the additional user's information.
- (a) Check the Accept box.
- (b) Click on the Next button.
- The added user will then display on the Employer Users screen. Click on the Home button.

- Click on the Email SignUp button.

- Click on the Email SignUp button again. You will then be directed to the Email Notification - Enter EAN screen.

- On the Email Notification - Enter EAN screen, your EAN will be prefilled. Click on the Next button. You will then be directed to the Email Notification - Correspondence Sign-up/Password Reset screen.

- Confirm the email addresses listed.
- (a) In the Application column, you will see a list of email notification types: Unemployment Claim Correspondence, Tax Correspondence, and Password Reset. For each user ID, select the type of email notification you wish to send. (Leaving the box blank will result in the specified correspondence to be sent via USPS.)
- (b) Check the I Agree box.
- (c) Click on the Next button. (You can view your mailing addresses by clicking on the Account Maintenance tab.)

NOTE:
Unemployment Claim Correspondence will include, but is not limited to, notices regarding separation information, hearing questionnaires, and appeals documentation related to former employees who have filed a claim for unemployment benefits. Tax Correspondence will include, but is not limited to, notices regarding liability information, annual rate notices, monthly billing statements and quarterly charge notices related to an employer’s account.
- On the Email Notification - Verification screen,
- (a) Confirm that your selection is correct.
- (b) Click on the Submit button.

- You have now successfully added another email or user to your ReEmployCT account. If you wish to continue with a different task, click on the Home button. Otherwise, click on the Log Out button to end your session.
