You can request a renewal of an accessibility parking permit up to 6 months prior to its expiration and within 60 days after its expiration. Temporary permits cannot be renewed.

You will need:

• Your first and last name
• Your date of birth
• Your address
• Your Connecticut driver’s license or non-driver ID number unless you qualify for an exception. There may be reasons why an individual does not have, or cannot provide, a Connecticut license or ID number as required on the placard application (some examples listed below). An application with medical certification must still be submitted by every placard applicant.
