  The Connecticut Department of Transportation announces the continuing of work for the Reconstruction of Interchange 33 of I-95 in the Town of Stratford.

• 10/14/2021 Weekend Lane Closures for the Installation of Culvert on I-395 in the Vicinity of Canterbury Turnpike in the City of Norwich

  The Connecticut Department of Transportation announces weekend lane closures and lane shifts approximately a half mile south of Exit 18 on I-395 starting October 15, 2021.

• 10/14/2021 Emergency Guiderail Repair in Danbury

  The Connecticut Department of Transportation announces that Emergency Guiderail Repair will be performed on I-84 Eastbound between exits 3-8 in the City of Danbury.

• 10/14/2021 Intersection Improvements on Route 34 at SR 490 and Toddy Hill Road and SR 490 at I-84 Interchange in the Town of Newtown

  The Connecticut Department of Transportation announces the start of roadway construction activities for Intersection Improvements on Route 34 at SR 490 and Toddy Hill Road and SR 490 at I-84 Interchange. Work will start the week of October 18, 2021.

  The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing the commencement of work for the installation of an Incident Management System Along Routes 9 & 72 starting November 4, 2021.

• 10/14/2021 Weekend Lane Closures on Route 8 Southbound in Waterbury Beginning October 15, 2021

  For two weekends, beginning at 8:00 PM on Friday, October 15, until 6:00 AM Monday, October 18, AND from 8:00 PM on Friday, October 22, until 6:00 AM Monday, October 25, there will be lane closures on Route 8 Southbound in Waterbury to facilitate rehabilitation of Bridges over Platts Mill Rd and Metro-North Railroad.

• 10/14/2021 Three Consecutive Weekend Lane and Shoulder Closures, Route 2 EB and WB at West Road in the Town of Marlborough

  The Connecticut Department of Transportation announces three consecutive weekend lane and shoulder closures on Route 2 at West Road to facilitate the replacement of Bridge Numbers 01708 and 03374. The closures will begin at 7 p.m. Friday, October 15, 2021 and end 8 a.m. November 1, 2021.

• 10/9/2021 Construction and Maintenance Activities Restricted for State Holiday Weekend October 8-12, 2021

• 10/9/2021 CTDOT Develops Plans to Rehabilitate Pavement in Guilford, Branford, and Fairfield

  CTDOT projects will preserve the pavement condition on I-95 in the northbound and southbound directions in Guilford, Route 1 in Branford, and Route 135 in Fairfield.

• 10/9/2021 Milling and Resurfacing Project on I-95 in Stonington, North Stonington, and the Boom Bridge Overpass

  The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a milling and resurfacing project will be performed on I-95 northbound in Stonington and North Stonington, and southbound at the Boom Bridge overpass in North Stonington.

• 10/9/2021 Scheduled Lane Closures on Bridge over Lake Saltonstall in East Haven

  The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing a single lane closure on Interstate 95 Northbound and Southbound over Lake Saltonstall in East Haven beginning October 15.

• 10/9/2021 Pavement Preservation Project and Concrete Roadway Repairs on Route 25 Northbound/Southbound Ramps in Trumbull

  The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a pavement preservation project will be performed on Route 25 Ramps Southbound Exit#9 (Daniels Farm Rd.) & Route 25 Northbound Exit #7B-A Route# 15 Southbound NYC/ Route #127 (White Plains Rd.) Also, Route #15 Southbound Exit# 49 to Route#25 Northbound.

• 10/6/2021 I-84 Westbound Guiderail Repair in Danbury

  The Connecticut Department of Transportation announces that Guiderail Repair will be performed on I-84 Westbound, Exits 2-4 in Danbury.

• 9/30/2021 Roadway and Shoulder Repairs on Route 15 Southbound in New Canaan

  The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that roadway and shoulder repairs will be performed on Route 15 southbound in New Canaan. The repairs are scheduled to be performed beginning the evening of Monday, October 4, 2021, and continue through the morning of Saturday, October 23, 2021.
