CTDOT today announced that the Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is being awarded $6.4 million in funding from the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) to replace the vessel serving the historic Chester-Hadlyme Ferry crossing, which will be complemented by an additional $1.6 million in state funding the Lamont administration is releasing for the project.
