Pavement Preservation Project and Concrete Roadway Repairs on Route 25 Northbound/Southbound Ramps in Trumbull

The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing that a pavement preservation project will be performed on Route 25 Ramps Southbound Exit 9 (Daniels Farm Rd.) & Route 25 Northbound Exit 7B-A Route 15 Southbound NYC/ Route 127 (White Plains Rd.) Also, Route 15 Southbound Exit 49 to Route 25 Northbound.

 

This project consists partial-depth, concrete pavement roadway repairs on a 5.00-mile segment of Route 25 northbound/southbound in Trumbull. This work is scheduled to occur Monday, April 19, 2021 through Friday, November 30, 2021. 

This project is included in the Department of Transportation’s pavement preservation program and is being performed by Hammonasset Construction LLC. 

 

Lane Closure Information

Motorists can expect various ramp closures on Route 25 southbound between Exit 9 (Daniels Farm Rd) and Route 25N Exit 7B-A Route 15S NYC/ Route 127 (White Plains Rd.) Also, Route 15S Exit 49 to Route 25N in Trumbull. Traffic control devices and signing patterns will be utilized to guide motorists through the work zone. The regular work schedule for this project is from 5:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. (northbound/southbound) (Monday through Friday).

No work on the days before, during or after the Holidays.

Motorists should be aware that modifications or extensions to this schedule may become necessary due to weather delays or other unforeseen conditions. Motorists are advised to maintain a safe speed when driving in this vicinity.
