Operations

The Division of Construction Operations (DCO) provides procurement services, design and construction administrative oversight, and coordination within the Department of Transportation’s Bureau of Engineering and Construction. The DCO is responsible for overseeing certain design phase and construction phase administration, as well as providing guidance to the Office of Engineering and the Office of Construction pertaining to present business practices, policies, and procedures.
