Division of Construction Operations (DCO)
Responsible for overseeing certain design phase and construction phase administration, as well as providing guidance pertaining to present business practices, policies, and procedures.
Mission Statement
The Office of Construction consists of Construction Districts 1 through 5 and the Division of Construction Operations (DCO). The Office of Construction manages, directs, and coordinates all construction and support activities for capital construction projects assigned to the Bureau of Engineering and Construction.

Responsible for construction projects in District 1 or the Greater Hartford area.
District 2 Construction
Responsible for construction projects in District 2 or Eastern Connecticut.
District 3 Construction
Responsible for construction projects in District 3 or Southwest Connecticut.
District 4 Construction
Responsible for construction projects in District 4 or Northwest Connecticut.
District 5 Construction
Responsible for capital construction projects that relate to Transit (Rail and Bus Infrastructure) and Facilities (Major) projects statewide.
