Central Construction
Responsible for the administration of Alternative Contracting for CTDOT and resolving all claims and disputes that arise on construction projects as well as overseeing the Design Issues Panel. This unit is also responsible for centralizing all special projects for construction, and for all E-Construction initiatives including AASHTOWare project, as well as for subletting and Civil Rights on all construction projects.
