Asphalt Price Adjustment (PDF)
The Asphalt Adjustment Cost is the method of price adjustment for increases and decreases associated with changes in the price of the performance-graded binder component of bituminous concrete mixtures hot-mix asphalt (HMA). Asphalt prices through the previous Friday are posted to the website by Wednesday of each week.
Fuel Price Adjustment (PDF)
The Fuel Cost Adjustment is the method of price adjustment for increases and decreases associated with the price of diesel fuel used to perform contract work. Fuel Cost Adjustments will be made if the difference between the Fuel Base Price and Fuel Period Price is greater than five percent (5%).
Reinforcing Steel Price Adjustment (PDF)
The Reinforcing Steel Cost Adjustment is the method of price adjustment for increases and decreases associated with the price of reinforcing steel to perform contract work. Reinforcing Steel Cost Adjustments will be made if included in the contract. Steel prices are posted to website monthly.
