Connecticut General Statute 31-57r – Paid Sick Leave
The following Guidance and Poster are applicable to the Paid Sick Leave law effective 1/1/2025, and expanded on 1/1/2026. The poster satisfies an employer’s notice obligation under the Paid Sick Leave law for employers with 11 or more employees.
