Reemployment for Veterans
Veterans can receive reemployment services from trained staff at American Job Centers (AJCs) throughout the state, which include five comprehensive centers and several smaller, affiliate locations. These staff members are representatives funded by the Jobs for Veterans State Grant (JVSG) program, which offers specialized services.

Help for Veterans in Crisis
Through its 24-hour Veterans Crisis Line, the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) provides immediate access to trained coordinators for veterans who are experiencing mental health crises.
Veterans in crisis should call the Veterans Crisis Line at (800) 273-8255 or text 838255. Crisis chat services are also available 24/7.
