COVID-19 pandemic unemployment benefits
**IMPORTANT: Federal Programs (PUA, FPUC, PEUC, MEUC) ended on September 4, 2021**
All federal unemployment benefits programs created for the COVID-19 pandemic have ended. This includes:
- Federal Pandemic Unemployment Compensation (FPUC),
- Pandemic Emergency Unemployment Compensation (PEUC),
- Pandemic Unemployment Assistance (PUA), and
- Mixed Earner Unemployment Compensation (MEUC).
Federal Extended Benefits have also ended.
Some filers with pandemic unemployment claims already in the appeals process may still be eligible for pandemic payments.
