Youth Employment Opportunities

Connecticut Youth Employment Program

The Connecticut Youth Employment Program offers opportunities for youth (ages 14-24) to improve job readiness, increase leadership skills, and strengthen economic stability.

Available year-round through the state’s Workforce Development Boards (listed below), the program connects youth with meaningful jobs that help them build professional networks, gain valuable work experience, and improve their resumes. CTDOL also partners with the Department of Children and Families (DCF) and the Court Support Service Division (CSSD) to ensure both systems can access youth programming.
