Division of Facilities and Transit - Soils and Foundations, Hydraulics and Drainage

Soils and Foundations provides design and review services on matters related to soil, rock and foundations for the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of roads, bridges and transportation infrastructure.

Hydraulics and Drainage provides specialized engineering, technical support and policy advice on all stormwater and water resource management issues related to the planning, permitting, design, construction and maintenance of transportation infrastructure.
