Occupational Health Grant Fiscal Year 2027 
Request for Proposal 

The Labor Commissioner, in consultation with the Commissioner of Public Health, encourages the development and operation of Occupational Health Clinics and Auxiliary Health Clinics by making this grant available to public and non-profit organizations. For an organization to qualify for this grant, the occupational health clinic must meet all the criteria identified in the Connecticut General Statute sections 31-396 to 31-403, inclusive. Additionally, auxiliary occupational health clinics must also meet all the criteria identified in sections 31-401-1 through 31-401-4, inclusive, of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies.  

Requests for Proposal (RFP) for the 2027 fiscal year of the Occupational Health Clinics Grant are now being accepted. The RFP’s support documents do not need to be submitted with the proposal, but are provided to help potential applicants decide how to apply, as an Occupational Clinic or as an Auxiliary Clinic. The RFP also provides application instructions. This office must receive all submittals by June 12th, 2026, 4:00 p.m.
