The Consumer Contact Center can answer your questions about filing for unemployment benefits and submitting your weekly claim.

The Employment Security Appeals Division is not able to answer general questions about unemployment benefits and weekly claims.

The Employment Security Appeals Division is an autonomous, quasi-judicial agency. We hear and decide appeals to decisions made by Connecticut's Unemployment Compensation Department.
