To be considered for licensure candidacy and eligibility to sit for a training program or exam, you must submit a completed application through the OEDM Learning Management System, including documentation of education and experience, for review by OEDM and the State Building Inspector. Your application is evaluated based on your ability to demonstrate that your background and experience meet the requirements set forth in the Connecticut General Statutes (C.G.S) or Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies (R.C.S.A) for the license that you seek.
