Overview

The Department of Administrative Services takes reports of fraud, ethics violations, and harassment very seriously. We provide objective, independent services that help strengthen the DAS mission, improve operations and outcomes, and support compliance across the agency.

The resources below are available to help employees recognize and report these types of issues.

Equal Employment Opportunity Center of Excellence

The DAS Equal Employment Opportunity Center of Excellence helps ensure that the agency complies with federal, state, and local affirmative action and equal opportunity laws, as well as the agency’s non-discrimination and anti-harassment policies. We provide support and advice to all DAS units on employee recruitment, EEO compliance, and statutorily mandated training. The Equal Employment Opportunity Center of Excellence also investigates complaints of discrimination and recommends measures to mitigate discriminatory conduct that may be found to exist.

For more information, visit the DAS Equal Employment Opportunity Center of Excellence's homepage.

Complaints and Investigations

The Department of Administrative Services strives to provide effective and efficient services while complying with ethical codes and considerations. If you suspect that an employee or official of DAS is not complying with these standards, you may file a complaint with the Auditors of Public Accounts, the DAS ethics liaison or the Office of State Ethics.

State employees may also contact the Auditors of Public Accounts if they seek protection under the State’s Whistleblower laws. Reports may be submitted by email to DASComplaints@ct.gov.
