2026 Meeting Schedule

The Regulations of the SBMA require that its Board of Directors conduct regular meetings on the third Monday of every other month (SBMA Regulations Section 31-91-3). Accordingly, the Board’s meeting schedule for 2026 is as follows:

  • Monday, January 26, 2026 (Monday, January 19, 2026 is a state holiday)
  • Monday, March 16, 2026
  • Monday, May 18, 2026
  • Monday, July 20, 2026
  • Monday, September 21, 2026
  • Monday, November 16, 2026

Board meetings begin at 8:30 a.m. and are conducted either in-person at SBMA’s offices at 38 Wolcott Hill Road, Wethersfield, CT 06109, or conducted virtually.

Joining a Board Meeting

Members of the public who wish to attend a virtual Board meeting should contact either Director Douglas Cho or Administrative Assistant Jessica Prude. They will provide a link for joining the virtual meeting.
