Board of Directors Meeting Schedule

2025 Meeting Schedule

The Regulations of the SBMA require that its Board of Directors conduct regular meetings on the third Monday of every other month (SBMA Regulations Section 31-91-3). Accordingly, the Board’s meeting schedule for 2025 is as follows:

  • Monday, January 27, 2025 (Monday, January 20, 2025 is a state holiday)
  • Monday, March 17, 2025
  • Monday, May 19, 2025
  • Monday, July 21, 2025
  • Monday, September 15, 2025
  • Monday, November 17, 2025

Board meetings begin at 8:30 a.m. and are conducted either in-person at SBMA’s offices at 38 Wolcott Hill Road, Wethersfield, CT 06109, or conducted virtually.

Members of the public who wish to attend a virtual Board meeting should contact either Director Douglas Cho or Administrative Assistant Jessica Prude. They will provide a link for joining the virtual meeting.
