Board of Directors Meeting Schedule

2024 Meeting Schedule

The Regulations of the SBMA require that its Board of Directors conduct regular meetings on the third Monday of every other month (See SBMA Regulations Section 31-91-3). Accordingly, the Board’s meeting schedule for 2024 is as follows:

  • Monday, January 22, 2024 (Monday, January 15, 2024 is a holiday)
  • Monday, March 18, 2024
  • Monday, May 20, 2024
  • Monday, July 15, 2024
  • Monday, September 16, 2024
  • Monday, November 18, 2024 

All Board meetings begin at 8:30 a.m. and are conducted either in-person at SBMA’s offices at 38 Wolcott Hill Road, Wethersfield, CT 06109, or conducted virtually.

Joining a Board Meeting

Members of the public who wish to attend a virtual Board meeting should contact either Director Douglas Cho or Administrative Assistant Jessica Prude. They will provide a link for joining the virtual meeting.
