(Wethersfield, CT) – CTDOL spent National Apprenticeship Day with Governor Ned Lamont at Jessica’s Color Room Salon in Cromwell. Jessica’s
is the home of Connecticut’s first Registered Apprenticeship in cosmetology; a 2,000 hour training program that prepares hair stylists for licensing
and a career.
