How you'll find out whether you won your appeal

The appeal referee will make a decision and mail a letter explaining their decision. Copies of this decision letter will be sent to you, your representative, your former employer, and others, including the Unemployment Compensation Department.

Continue to file your weekly claim if you’re unemployed or working only part-time during the appeal process.
