The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing the scheduled closures of both the Exit 31 off-ramp from Route 8 northbound to I-84 eastbound, as well as the Highland Avenue on-ramp to I-84 eastbound, beginning on February 28, 2021. The closures will remain in place until August 1, 2021, and are necessary to facilitate ongoing construction activities associated with the Route 8/I-84 Interchange (Mixmaster) rehabilitation project in Waterbury.
