The Connecticut Department of Transportation is announcing the scheduled weekend closure the of I-84 westbound Exit 45 off-ramp starting at 10 PM on Friday, April 23, to 5 AM on Monday, April 26, 2021. The closure is necessary to facilitate construction activities associated with the rehabilitation of Bridges 03367 and 03368 which carry I-84 over New Park Ave, Amtrak, CT Fastrak and SR 504, in Hartford.
Flatbush Avenue traffic will be detoured via Exit 44 (Prospect/Oakwood Avenues) to Kane Street to Prospect Avenue to Flatbush Avenue.
Motorists are advised to follow posted detour route that will be in place.
