No matter how much you earned, file your first claim. We will review your income and other factors to decide whether or how much you qualify for in unemployment benefits. Then we’ll mail you a Monetary Determination Letter (Form UC-58) that shows the weekly payment amount you qualify for and how it is calculated. Please read this explanation carefully. If you disagree with the amount, you can file an appeal.
