No matter how much you earned, file your first claim. We will review your income and other factors to decide whether or how much you qualify for in unemployment benefits. A Monetary Determination Letter (Form UC-58) will be mailed to you showing your weekly benefit rate and how it was calculated. Please read this explanation carefully. This is the amount you will receive weekly if it is determined you meet all eligibility requirements. If you disagree with the determination, you can file an appeal within twenty-one days of the determination date.
