Mediation service requests
The Board's mediation services are available to employers and employee organizations in both the public and private sector. These services are offered to the parties free of charge.
To file a request for mediation services, employers and employee organization should send a written request, addressed to the State Board of Mediation and Arbitration. The address is below:
