Mandatory Training

State of Connecticut employees must complete the following training:

• Workplace Diversity and Inclusion Training in accordance with C.G.S. Section 4a-2c - Contact your agency's Human Resources Department
• CHRO Sexual Harassment Prevention Training in accordance with Public Act 19-16
• Ethics training, in accordance with C.G.S. Sec. 1-81 (a) (5), C.G.S. Sec 1-81c, and C.G.S. Sec 1-101rr  
• Workplace Violence Prevention in accordance with C.G.S. Section 4a-2a  
• Domestic Violence Prevention and Legal Protections Training in accordance with Public Act 22-82
