School Construction Site Review and Approval

Eligibility

Local Education Agency (LEA) representatives are encouraged to request a planning meeting with the Office of Grants Administration prior to submitting a grant application when one or more of the following apply:
  • Site selection is involved
  • Environmental resources may be impacted
  • The project requires State or Federal environmental permits 
  • The project requires State or Federal approvals
