School Construction Site Review and Approval

A Local Education Agency (LEA) will apply for site approval by:
  • Completing all required parts of Form SCG-053
  • Including the attachments listed in the What’s Next section of this form as required, and
  • Submitting the required property appraisals. Note:
    • Two (2) independent property appraisals are required to be submitted, neither of which can be associated with the property owner, and
    • The date of the appraisals cannot be older than 6 months.
