This Managers’ Guide is a reference document for Connecticut non-represented state managers to help them understand the most common statutory, regulatory, and policy considerations affecting their employment and their work. This guide provides a general overview of relevant terms, policies, and information.
The Performance Profile (PDF) is the performance documentation and appraisal system used for DAS managers. It is completed for every DAS manager and covers a fiscal year beginning July 1 of one year through June 30 of the following year.
