Priority List Grant Process – Step 4: Communication with Districts

Read time: 6 minutes

After the review is complete, OGA will inform applicants whether they have been placed on the Priority List or if the district will need to reapply the following year due to missing critical information.

For example, a district may need to reapply if a referendum for the local share was not held before November 15.

What should districts do?

At this stage:

  • No additional documents need to be submitted. If additional information or clarification is needed, OGA will contact the district directly.
  • If you intend to reapply, begin preparing for the next Priority List application cycle.

What happens next?

  • Applications that are complete move forward in the Priority List process.
  • The Priority List is prepared for submission to the Governor and General Assembly.
