Priority List Grant Process – Step 5: DAS Submits the Priority List

By December 15, the DAS Commissioner submits the Priority List to the Governor and the legislative Priority List Committee.

What should districts do?

At this stage:

  • No additional documents need to be submitted.
  • Continue to monitor communication from DAS regarding the status of your project.

What happens next?

  • The Priority List is reviewed by the legislative Priority List Committee.
  • The full legislative review process begins.
