Priority List Grant Process – Step 3: OGA Reviews Applications

Between July and November, OGA reviews all applications that were submitted by the June 30 deadline. Districts may be contacted if additional information is needed during the review process.

What happens during this step?

OGA will:

  • Confirm the project qualifies under Chapter 173 of the Connecticut General Statutes
  • Ensure all required documentation has been submitted
  • Verify that the application is complete

What should districts do?

  • Monitor email communications from OGA
  • Respond promptly if additional information is requested
  • Maintain copies of all submitted materials and correspondence

What happens next?

  • OGA completes its review of submitted applications
  • Eligible applications move forward in the Priority List process
