Digital Learning Standards

The Commission remains dedicated to defining the outcomes of digital learning — rather simply the essential conditions — that prepare students for college and career. Its adoption of the benchmark Student, Educator, and Education Leader standards of the International Society for Technology in Education has made Connecticut the first state committed to these frameworks. The following sections provide resources to support the development of these competencies in every learner, teacher, and leader in Connecticut.
