Aspiring Leaders Development Program
The Aspiring Leaders Development Program focuses on three core areas: Leader, Agency, and the State of Connecticut.
- Leader: Enhance self-awareness and insight into others, grow capabilities to lead transformation, think strategically, and champion change.
- Agency: Lead agency initiatives through process improvement, project sponsorship, a data-driven culture, and communicate with credibility and connection.
- State of Connecticut: Drive successful outcomes for the state and stakeholders by understanding and applying regulations and policies.
Each participant completes an individual project that connects a key program takeaway to their work as a leader, culminating in a presentation to their cohort.
The nomination process for the program commencing in January 2026 will be formally announced this summer.
