Aspiring Leaders Development Program

The Department of Administrative Services Learning & Development team is pleased to announce the rebrand and redesign of Aspiring Leaders.

Aspiring Leaders develops high potential managers to lead successful teams using the Aspiring Leaders leadership guiding principles, and the essential and contemporary leader skillset of emotional intelligence, innovation, curiosity, empathy, agility, and resilience. The program enables leaders to build high-performing teams that can drive results for the State of Connecticut. The program is designed for managers of in-scope Executive Branch agencies.

The nomination process for the 2024 program will be formally announced in December.
