PUBLIC HEARING
A Public Hearing for this project was held at the Westport Town Hall Auditorium on Thursday March 19, 2026. The hearing began as an open house at 6:00 p.m., followed by a formal presentation at 7:00 p.m., and ended with a formal verbal comment window.
The public comment period closed on Friday, April 17, 2026.
The Environmental Assessment is scheduled to be published in February 2026 in the Environmental Monitor.

A Public Information and Public Scoping Meeting for this project was held at the Westport Town Hall Auditorium at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday June 15, 2016. Additional written comments from the public were accepted until the close of business on Friday, July 1, 2016 for this meeting. However, general comments or questions regarding the project can be submitted at any time.
