Effective immediately the Office of Opportunity and Business Development no longer requires Affirmative Action Plan submissions, including updates.
CTDOT requires each contractor/consultant with contracts of $10,000.00 or more or with fifty (50) or more employees who are awarded a contract, to comply with all federal and state affirmative action and nondiscrimination requirements.
