Repayment plans
If you received more unemployment benefits than you should have, we will work with you to create a re-payment plan.
If you don't follow the re-payment schedule, we may collect the overpayment plus any penalties and interest from your:
- Current unemployment benefit payments
- Future unemployment benefit payments ("offsets")
- Wages ("wage garnishments")
- State and federal tax refunds
We may also charge you with a crime.
