What are some resources that employers can utilize to learn about attracting and recruiting the Long-Term Unemployed?

Workers who have been unemployed for a minimum of six months are considered long-term unemployed.  These workers offer several benefits as they are often able to start work immediately, relocate, accept a job that isn’t perfect and work hard to prove themselves.  They are often mature, have experience and are resilient.
