I don’t think I received a renewal notice. What should I do?
First, check your spam or junk email folder. If you still do not see a renewal notice and your credential’s expiration date in fewer than 45 days, maybe we have a different email address on file for you (perhaps one that is no longer in use). Please contact osfm.online@ct.gov with your new information.
