- Your agency Human Resources Office will provide you a CT-HR-1 form to complete. Complete only the Employee sections. This form must be completed in order to process your Reemployment and SEBAC rights.
- Create and update your Master Application and resume. (Submission of resume is optional.)
- If you have not already done so, create a BizNet account. This account will allow you to look up your Reemployment/SEBAC rights once they have been granted.
