Overview
Bluebeam is PDF software that has been designed for use by the Engineering and Construction communities. The Bureau of Engineering and Construction has standardized on the use of Bluebeam as its PDF software. Bluebeam is currently being used by the Bureau of Engineering and Construction for the following tasks:
- Contract Plan As-Builts
- Digital Reviews of Contract Documents
- Consolidated Plan Viewing Using the Set Feature
