  The Connecticut Department of Transportation (CTDOT) is announcing that a milling and resurfacing project will be performed on Route 83 from US 6 & 44 (Center Street) to the beginning overlap of Route 30 Demming Street.

• 8/31/2022 Stage 2 for Replacement of Route 154 in Middletown

  CTDOT is announcing the commencement of Stage 2 work for the replacement of Bridge #02100, Route 154 over Bible Rock Brook starting September 8, 2022.

  CTDOT is announcing that the I-84 Eastbound Exit 40 on-ramp from New Britain Avenue (Route 71) and the I-84 Westbound Exit 40 Off-Ramp to New Britain Avenue (Route 71) in West Hartford will be closed intermittently at night starting on September 6, 2022.

  CTDOT is announcing that emergency work to replace the culvert carrying Foot Sawmill Brook under Route 94 in will begin on September 19, 2022.

• 8/30/2022 Exit 28 on Interstate 91 Northbound in Hartford Opening September 9

  After three years, the I-91 Northbound Exit 28 to Routes 5/15 southbound will reopen to traffic in Hartford.

  CTDOT is announcing periodic nighttime closures of I-84 and Route 8 ramps with signed detours between August 29 and September 9, 2022.

  CTDOT is announcing an anticipated two-week duration closure north of Brookfield Road for culvert replacement on Route 72 (Terryville Road) beginning September 12, 2022.
